Sales Coordinator

Key Responsibilities

  • Coordinate deliveries and confirm delivery schedules with customers and logistics providers.

  • Prepare and maintain import/export declarations and related documentation.

  • Upload FAIR and other required documents to customer portals.

  • Manage customer orders and spare part fulfilment activities.

  • Serve as the primary contact point for customers regarding order fulfilment and delivery matters.

  • Prepare quotations and support RFQ (Request for Quotation) activities.

  • Process spare part orders, purchase orders, invoicing, and margin tracking.

  • Issue Certificates of Conformance (COC) and upload documents to customer portals according to customer requirements.

  • Maintain accurate records and documentation related to customer orders and sales activities.

  • Support other sales coordination and administrative duties as assigned.

Requirements

  • Diploma, Degree, or equivalent relevant work experience.

  • At least 3 years of experience in sales coordination, customer service, order fulfilment, logistics coordination, supply chain, or manufacturing operations.

  • Good communication and interpersonal skills.

  • Proficient in Microsoft Office applications, particularly Excel.

  • Strong attention to detail, organizational skills, and ability to manage multiple tasks.

  • Able to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.

  • Knowledge of order fulfilment processes, customer order management, or manufacturing operations will be an advantage.

  • Experience in a manufacturing or Electronics Manufacturing Services (EMS) environment will be an advantage.
