Sales Coordinator
Role Overview
We are seeking a detail-oriented and proactive Sales Coordinator for a major retailer in Singapore. This role is ideal for someone who is highly organised, service-oriented, and excited to grow their career in the fast-paced world of media and retail advertising.
You’ll help ensure the smooth execution of advertising campaigns, liaise with both clients and internal teams, and support the day-to-day running of sales operations.
Key Responsibilities
Assist in the preparation of sales materials, presentations, and campaign proposals.
Coordinate campaign bookings, timelines, and internal follow-ups across teams (tech, creative, analytics).
Maintain and update records in our CRM and campaign tracking tools.
Support client communication and service delivery, including meeting coordination and documentation.
Help with invoicing, billing support, and tracking deliverables.
Generate basic post-campaign reports and summaries for clients.
Assist in prospecting and research to support business development activities.
Requirements
Strong communication skills (written and verbal) in English.
Proficient in Google Suites.
Highly organised with good time management and multitasking ability.
Positive attitude, willingness to learn, and a strong team player.
Interest in media, retail, digital marketing, or advertising preferred.
Minimum qualification: GCE A-Level or equivalent. Candidates with relevant work experience will be considered as well.
