Sales Coordinator

Role Overview

We are seeking a detail-oriented and proactive Sales Coordinator for a major retailer in Singapore. This role is ideal for someone who is highly organised, service-oriented, and excited to grow their career in the fast-paced world of media and retail advertising.

You’ll help ensure the smooth execution of advertising campaigns, liaise with both clients and internal teams, and support the day-to-day running of sales operations.

Key Responsibilities

  • Assist in the preparation of sales materials, presentations, and campaign proposals.

  • Coordinate campaign bookings, timelines, and internal follow-ups across teams (tech, creative, analytics).

  • Maintain and update records in our CRM and campaign tracking tools.

  • Support client communication and service delivery, including meeting coordination and documentation.

  • Help with invoicing, billing support, and tracking deliverables.

  • Generate basic post-campaign reports and summaries for clients.

  • Assist in prospecting and research to support business development activities.

Requirements

  • Strong communication skills (written and verbal) in English.

  • Proficient in Google Suites.

  • Highly organised with good time management and multitasking ability.

  • Positive attitude, willingness to learn, and a strong team player.

  • Interest in media, retail, digital marketing, or advertising preferred.

  • Minimum qualification: GCE A-Level or equivalent. Candidates with relevant work experience will be considered as well.
