Sales Coordinator

We are seeking an energetic and results-driven Sales Coordinator to join our sales team. The ideal candidate will play a key role in managing the sales cycle, building client relationships, and providing exceptional after-sales support. Key Responsibilities

1. Business Planning and Goal Setting

  • Business Plans: Create detailed business plans designed to achieve predetermined goals and quotas, outlining strategies and actions to drive sales success.

2. Sales Cycle Management

  • End-to-End Sales: Manage the entire sales cycle from identifying potential clients to securing deals, including lead generation, qualification, and closing.

3. Opportunity Identification and Networking

  • Sales Opportunities: Unearth new sales opportunities through networking, referrals, and market research. Build and maintain long-term partnerships with clients.

4. Product Presentation

  • Client Presentations: Present products and services to prospective clients, demonstrating their value and benefits to address specific needs.

5. After-Sales Support

  • Customer Loyalty: Provide professional after-sales support to ensure customer satisfaction, address any concerns, and maximize customer loyalty.

6. Client Relationship Management

  • Ongoing Contact: Maintain regular contact with clients to understand and meet their evolving needs, ensuring ongoing engagement and satisfaction.

7. Issue Resolution

  • Complaint Management: Respond to complaints and resolve issues promptly to maintain client satisfaction and uphold the company's reputation.

8. Negotiation and Record Keeping

  • Agreements and Records: Negotiate agreements with clients, manage sales documentation, and keep accurate records of sales activities and data.

Requirements and Skills

Experience

  • Proven Experience: Demonstrated experience as an Account Executive or in a similar sales or customer service role, with a track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.

Knowledge

  • Sales Principles: Strong knowledge of market research, sales strategies, and negotiating principles to effectively manage and close sales opportunities.

Technical Skills

  • MS Office: Proficient in MS Office applications for reporting and data analysis.

Communication and Presentation Skills

  • Effective Communication: Excellent communication and presentation skills to convey product value and build relationships with clients.

Organizational Skills

  • Time Management: Strong organizational and time-management skills to handle multiple tasks efficiently and meet deadlines.

Business Acumen
