Job Summary
Support overseas sales by promoting company services, conducting market research, managing sales information, and responding promptly to customer inquiries through digital channels.
Responsibilities
- Promote company services to overseas agents to increase awareness and engagement
- Conduct market research to identify opportunities and support sales strategies
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date sales and marketing information for internal use
- Respond promptly and professionally to customer inquiries via email, WhatsApp, and WeChat
- Assist in planning and executing marketing campaigns to support sales growth
Preferred competencies and qualifications
- Proficient in spoken and written English and Mandarin to communicate effectively with diverse stakeholders
- Detail-oriented and able to work efficiently under deadlines
- Strong communication skills to interact with colleagues at all levels
- Experience in sales or marketing roles is preferred but not required
- Availability to work full-time, five days a week at the Ang Mo Kio office
- Ability to start immediately
