Sales Coordinator

RESPONSIBILITIES


  • Process Sales Order, Purchase Order and Invoice through SAP system,
  • Work with accounts department for customer and supplier payment.
  • Sort and file invoices, scan and email to customers.
  • Monthly stock take, weekly update of customer reschedule report.
  • Answer phone calls.
  • Ad hoc administrative duties such as receive guest, monitor stationery stock level, aircon servicing or repair scheduling.
  • ISO Document Controller role, take meeting minutes and check first aid box on quarterly basis.


REQUIREMENTS


  • At least 1 year of relevant working experience
  • Fast, accurate and hardworking
  • Independent, adaptable
  • Good working attitude
