Job Summary
You will work closely under the guidance of the OperationsManager to provide administrative, logistics and sales support to ensure smoothday-to-day operations. Your role includes coordinating shipments, managinginventory records, supporting sales activities, maintaining accurate records,and assisting with communications between clients and suppliers.
Responsibilities
Logistics & Inventory Coordination
- Coordinate import and export shipments to ensure timely delivery
- Maintain accurate inventory records for purchased goods, repair parts, samples, and consignment stock
- Liaise with suppliers and logistics partners to resolve shipment and supply issues promptly
Sales & Operational Support
- Prepare quotations, delivery orders, and purchase orders to support sales and procurement activities
- Follow up on purchase orders and assist in day-to-day sales coordination
- Support the Operations Manager in ensuring smooth operational workflows
Documentation & Administrative Support
- Process and post customer and supplier invoices to maintain accurate financial records
- Maintain organised documentation, databases, and filing systems
- Coordinate client meetings and handle basic sales/admin communications
- Perform other administrative duties as assigned
Preferred competencies and qualifications
- Minimum GCE ‘O’ Levels, GCE 'A' Levels, or Diploma qualification
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a team environment
- Strong organisational and multitasking skills with keen attention to detail and good follow-through
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills for effective interactions with clients, suppliers, and colleagues
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications is preferred
