Sales Coordinator
- Assist salesperson with administrative tasks such as preparation of work orders, scanning of drawings, sample coordination & etc.
- Coordinate with customers regarding measurements& installation schedules.
- Maintain customer records and sales documentation.
- Follow-up with daily orders and coordinate with sales and operation team.
- Track operation tasks.
- Handle customer inquiries, complaints, and after sales service request (if any).
- Ensure timely communication between customers, production team and installers.
- Any other ad-hoc admin duties as assigned by the Management.
Requirements
- At least 2 years of administrative or coordination experience in construction/ similar industry.
- Able to multi-task and has an eye for details.
- Proficient in MS Office applications.
- Well versed in both English & Mandarin to liaise with Chinese speaking parties.
- 5.5 days work week.
