Sales Coordinator

  • Assist salesperson with administrative tasks such as preparation of work orders, scanning of drawings, sample coordination & etc.
  • Coordinate with customers regarding measurements& installation schedules.
  • Maintain customer records and sales documentation.
  • Follow-up with daily orders and coordinate with sales and operation team.
  • Track operation tasks.
  • Handle customer inquiries, complaints, and after sales service request (if any).
  • Ensure timely communication between customers, production team and installers.
  • Any other ad-hoc admin duties as assigned by the Management.

Requirements

  • At least 2 years of administrative or coordination experience in construction/ similar industry.
  • Able to multi-task and has an eye for details.
  • Proficient in MS Office applications.
  • Well versed in both English & Mandarin to liaise with Chinese speaking parties.
  • 5.5 days work week.
