Sales Coordinator

Responsibilities

  • Respond promptly and accurately to all incoming sales enquiries via telephone, fax, and email, preparing and sending brochures to customers
  • Follow up on enquiries by preparing tailored proposals and facilitating product sample showcases to support sales conversion
  • Coordinate detailed communications and activities with Business Development Executives (BDE) and Business Development Managers (BDM) to align sales efforts
  • Manage and coordinate internal meeting requests to ensure smooth scheduling and information flow
  • Collaborate with BDM to plan and execute exhibition, roadshow, and networking event activities to promote products and generate leads
  • Record and track the progress of all sales enquiries, compiling monthly reports that analyze business sources, market trends, and competitor activity
  • Maintain an efficient tracking system for all events and related paperwork to ensure accurate documentation and follow-up
  • Compile weekly sales overview reports to monitor performance and identify opportunities for growth
  • Develop and expand sales within the existing client base by identifying opportunities to increase order expenditure

Requirements

  • Minimum Diploma in Business or equivalent.
  • Minimum 2-3 years of relevant experience in order management, customer service and sales operations.
  • Possess a good work attitude and must be meticulous, organized, reliable and able to handle work pressure well.
  • Able to work together as a team and communicate well.
