Responsibilities

• Process customer orders and quotations
• Coordinate delivery schedules with production and logistics teams
• Monitor order status and customer requirements
• Prepare sales reports and documentation
• Support customer enquiries and account management activities

Requirements

• Diploma in Business Administration or related field
• Good coordination and communication skills
• Proficient in Microsoft Excel and Office applications
• ERP experience is an advantage
• Manufacturing or EMS industry experience preferred
