Sales Delivery Agent

Cairo

Full Time (40 hours) Fixed Term

Shift work – Shifts will fall between Sunday to Friday 8.00am – 6.00pm UK

Role Overview

In this role you will provide sales administration / data entry support that directly relates to the sales process. You will ensure that work is distributed in an accurate and timely manner throughout the Sales area.

You’ll help us make health happen by:

• Identify and collect information to produce quotations and/or documents in response to requests or routine enquires.
• Input specific information into relevant systems to produce quotations for multiple products.
• Manage and prioritise a variety of workstreams as required to ensure activity remains within Service Level Agreement.
• Work to targets relating to productivity and quality measures, using a variety of established technical and administrative processes,
• Complete the re-sectoring of schemes, on all appropriate systems, on instruction from the Sales management team

Key Skills / Qualifications needed for this role:

Multilingual skills essential, including excellent written and spoken English

Educated to degree level

Highly skilled in all Microsoft Office applications

Ability to manage daily objective independently

Ability to make informative decisions after completing due diligence checks to deliver the best customer outcomes.
