Job Summary

Join Singapore Interior Pte Ltd as a Sales Interior Designer to explore the opportunity to have client engagements, develop design concepts, gain knowledges in commercial renovation and able to earn high income.

Responsibilities

• Meet with clients to gather and clarify their interior design requirements for office commercial projects
• Prepare detailed space planning and develop innovative design concepts aligned with client needs
• Present design proposals effectively to clients to secure project approval
• Brief and coordinate project teams to ensure accurate and timely execution of design plans
• Liaise with vendors and subcontractors to obtain and evaluate cost estimates for project budgeting
• Work independently to manage client communications and project progress

Preferred competencies andqualifications

• Diploma in Interior Design with a minimum of 3 years relevant work experience
• Proficient in AutoCAD, Microsoft Office, and other relevant design software to produce accurate drawings and presentations
• Skilled in perspective drawing and space planning to enhance design quality
• Fresh graduates are welcome to apply for junior interior designer roles
• Strong professionalism, integrity, and initiative demonstrated through a positive work attitude
• Ability to communicate effectively in English; knowledge of Chinese is an advantage but not mandatory
