Sales Development Manager
You will lead and grow the Korea SDR team, setting onboarding, coaching, and performance routines to drive consistent pipeline generation. You will analyze top-of-funnel metrics, iterate on outbound messaging and sequences, and run experiments to improve meeting volume and lead quality. You will coordinate with marketing, account executives, and RevOps to refine lead handoff and pipeline operations. When needed, you will act as a player-coach and directly contribute to high-impact outbound activities and strategic projects.
Responsibilities
- Lead the Korea SDR team and manage team goals and pipeline performance
- Onboard, coach, and provide 1:1 feedback and call reviews for team members
- Analyze outbound metrics and continuously improve meeting volume, conversion rates, and lead quality
- Design and test outbound strategies, messaging, and sequences for target segments
- Collaborate with marketing, AE, and RevOps to improve lead handoff criteria and operating processes
- Refine pipeline operations to make team performance predictable
- Form hypotheses about market changes and run experiments to improve sales processes
- Perform key outbound activities and strategic projects as a player-coach when required
Requirements
- 3+ years of B2B outbound sales or SDR/BDR experience
- Experience leading an SDR/BDR team or driving coaching and performance management
- Proven ability to manage team performance using pipeline, conversion rate, and meeting quality metrics
- Experience designing and improving multichannel outbound strategies (email, call, LinkedIn)
- Experience collaborating with marketing and sales functions to improve lead quality and operations
- Ability to prioritize and execute in a fast-changing environment
- Interest in supporting team growth and building a high-performance culture
- Fluent Korean communication and basic English communication skills
