Sales Development Representative

We are hiring SDRs to join our team in Aarhus - hunters who want to be elite at outbound and grow with a fast-scaling AI company. In addition you will also take part in shaping the SDR and sales team heavily. Currently we have a sales team of six people.

Responsibilities and daily work

  • Own top-of-funnel pipeline generation end-to-end: prospecting, outreach, follow-up, and meeting booking

  • Execute high-volume, high-quality outbound across phone, email, and LinkedIn

  • Qualify inbound and outbound leads and hand off opportunities to the closing team

  • Help design and test outbound sequences and messaging for your market

  • Manage a clean, structured pipeline with discipline in our CRM

  • Bring field insights - objections, patterns, market signals - back into our GTM strategy

Who you are

  • 1–3 years of experience in SDR, BDR, or outbound sales (SaaS a strong bonus)

  • Genuinely energised by outbound and starting conversations from scratch

  • Competitive, motivated by clear metrics, and coachable on feedback

  • Resilient - you handle rejection well and treat every no as input

  • Thrive in fast-paced, autonomous environments

  • 37 hours per week, based in Aarhus

  • Fluent in English (Danish, German, Dutch are a bonus)
