<\/div>We are seeking a\nqualified sales development representative (SDR) to work with our clients. The\nSDR will be responsible for finding potential customers who could benefit from\nour client\u2019s products and services. We primarily work with SAAS and Tech\ncompanies, but our scope is expanding. As the first line of communication with\na prospect, the ideal SDR has a strong understanding of the sales process and\nexcels at researching leads, starting new relationships, and setting up sales\nclosers for success. The SDR should be a quick learner who has strong\ncommunication skills and an ability to showcase our offerings in a dynamic and\ncompelling way. They should be able to see every potential customer as an\nopportunity for boosting top\-line revenue growth, customer acquisition levels,\nand profitability. <\/span>
<\/p>Objectives of\nthis role<\/span><\/b>
<\/p>- Represent the client\u2019s products and\n services, using comprehensive knowledge as well as consumer research to\n explain how their solutions meet customer needs<\/span>
<\/li>- Generate leads and build\n relationships by nurturing prospects and finding potential new sales\n opportunities<\/span>
<\/li>- Manage and maintain a pipeline of\n interested prospects and pursue them through the sales lifecycle<\/span>
<\/li>- Identify best practices for refining\n the company\u2019s lead\-generation playbook<\/span> <\/span><\/b>
<\/li><\/ul>Responsibilities<\/span><\/b>
<\/p>- Utilize Apollo, Hubspot, Cold\n Calling, LinkedIn Sales Navigator and Email marketing campaigns to\n generate new sales opportunities through primarily outbound and some\n inbound outreach for an initial cold desk<\/span>
<\/li>- Correctly source and identify the\n needs of ideal prospects, through various methods of market mapping<\/span>
<\/li>- Identifying target customers, booking\n discovery calls, demonstrating product and supporting pipeline growth.<\/span>
<\/li>- Build long\-term, trusting\n relationships with prospects to qualify leads as sales opportunities<\/span>
<\/li>- Proactively seek new business\n opportunities in the market through attending relevant business and\n networking events<\/span>
<\/li>- Owning life cycle from discovery\n calls to pilot / sale of product<\/span>
<\/li>- Maintaining accurate records on CRM<\/span>
<\/li>- Set up meetings or calls between\n (prospective) customers and sales executives<\/span>
<\/li>- Report to sales manager with weekly, monthly, and quarterly results,\nfollowing KPI\u2019s. Learning and communicating value propositions\neffectively<\/span>
<\/li><\/ul> <\/span>Essential skills,\nqualifications and experience (non\-negotiables)<\/span><\/b>
<\/p><\/span><\/b>
<\/div>- Minimum 1 year of recent experience in\n sales, with a track record of exceeding lead targets<\/span>
<\/li>- Experience working in; an agency\n sales / corporate sales / marketing<\/span>
<\/li>- Confidence in cold outreach, objection\n handling, and qualification<\/span>
<\/li>- Strong communication skills via phone\n / email / networking abilities<\/span>
<\/li>- Proven, creative problem\-solving\n approach and strong analytical skills<\/span>
<\/li>- Strong desire and ability to progress\n within a sales organization<\/span>

<\/p>Preferred skills\nand qualifications (not essential)<\/span><\/b>
<\/p>- Bachelor\u2019s degree (or equivalent) or\n at least five years of relevant work experience<\/span>
<\/li>- Experience as a sales development\n representative, with a track record of achieving and exceeding sales\n quotas<\/span>
