As a Sales Development Representative (SDR) at Increff, you will drive the top of our outbound sales funnel through two parallel tracks: onboarding and enabling agency partners to generate qualified leads on Increff's behalf, and running your own outbound motion through cold calls, personalized email campaigns, and LinkedIn outreach. <\/span>

Once you generate a qualified lead and book a discovery meeting, you will hand it off to an Account Executive with all the relevant context documented in Salesforce. This is a high\-ownership role where your pipeline contribution is directly visible to leadership.<\/span><\/span>

Responsibilities:<\/span><\/span>
<\/h3>
  • Identify, onboard, and enable agency partners \u2014 train\nthem on Increff's ICP and value proposition so they can generate pipeline\neffectively.<\/span>
    <\/li>
  • Run your own outbound motion: cold calling,\npersonalized email sequences, and LinkedIn outreach targeting decision\-makers\nin fashion, apparel, FMCG, and retail.
    <\/li>
  • Prospect target accounts using Apollo.io, Seamless.ai,\nand LinkedIn Sales Navigator; build and maintain an accurate, up\-to\-date\ncontact database.
    <\/li>
  • Craft compelling, tailored messaging for CXOs, VP\nOperations, Supply Chain Heads, and Merchandising leaders.
    <\/li>
  • Qualify prospects against defined ICP criteria and\ndocument all activities, leads, and interactions in Salesforce CRM.
    <\/li>
  • Book discovery meetings and hand off warm, well\-briefed\nleads to the Account Executive team with full deal context.
    <\/li>
  • Continuously iterate on outreach sequences and agency\nplaybooks based on conversion data and feedback.
    <\/li>
  • Collaborate with Sales and Marketing leadership on\nterritory planning, campaign alignment, and messaging improvements.

    Requirements<\/h3>
    • 2\u20134 years of outbound B2B SaaS SDR or BDR experience\nwith a demonstrated track record of hitting or exceeding lead generation\ntargets.<\/span>
      <\/li>
    • Confident cold caller \u2014 you pick up the phone without\nhesitation and can engage and qualify senior stakeholders effectively.
      <\/li>
    • Experience writing and optimizing cold email sequences\nand LinkedIn outreach campaigns.
      <\/li>
    • Ability to onboard, manage, and motivate external\nagency partners toward shared goals.
      <\/li>
    • Hands\-on proficiency with Apollo.io and/or Seamless.ai\nfor prospecting and contact enrichment.
      <\/li>
    • Working knowledge of Salesforce CRM \u2014 creating and\nupdating leads, logging call/email activities, and managing pipeline stages\naccurately.
      <\/li>
    • Minimum 15 qualified leads generated per month across\nown outbound and agency channel.
      <\/li>
    • Meeting booking rate and pipeline contribution reviewed\non a monthly and quarterly basis.
      <\/li>
    • Salesforce hygiene maintained at 100% \u2014 all leads and\nactivities logged within 24 hours.
      <\/li>
    • Prior exposure to retail, fashion, apparel, FMCG, or\nsupply chain SaaS is a strong advantage.
      <\/li>
    • Excellent written and spoken communication skills in\nEnglish; Hindi proficiency is a bonus.
