The role
As a Sales Development Representative focusing on the Italian market, you’ll be the first point of contact for many of our future customers.
You’ll research accounts, engage CISOs and senior security leaders, and start high-quality conversations that turn into real sales opportunities. This role combines structured outbound work with hands-on exposure to how enterprise-level security conversations are built - from first touch to real, qualified pipeline.
You’ll be trained, supported, and challenged - and expected to grow.

What you’ll do
Own outbound prospecting and pipeline creation for a defined set of Italian market accounts
Research target accounts and decision-makers using tools like ZoomInfo and LinkedIn Sales Navigator
Create personalized, relevant outreach across email, phone, LinkedIn, and events
Engage CISOs and security leaders in thoughtful, value-driven conversations
Collaborate closely with Account Executives to create qualified sales opportunities
Learn continuously through coaching, feedback, and experimentation
What we’re looking for
1–2 years of experience as an SDR or BDR, preferably in SaaS
Native-level Italian and fluent English
Experience with cold calling and multi-channel outbound
A coachable, resilient, and ambitious mindset
Curiosity about cybersecurity and complex B2B sales
Familiarity with the Italian market is a strong plus
Nice to have: experience with tools like ZoomInfo, Sales Navigator, or similar.

Base salary of €3,000–3,500 + a very competitive performance-based bonus

Interview with your future Team Lead (60 min, remote)
Homework assignment + panel interview with Sales team members (60 min, on-site)
