Sales Development Representative - Italy

As a Sales Development Representative, you are responsible for making autarc visible in the Italian market, winning over new customers, and laying the foundation for long-term partnerships.

Location: Berlin
  • You cultivate and develop relationships with B2B customers such as heating contractors and solar installers by proactively reaching out, sparking interest, and generating appointments for product demos.
  • You leverage multiple channels for new customer acquisition, with a clear focus on outbound calls, trade show activities, and a presence on platforms like LinkedIn.
  • You guide prospects through clear and compelling software demos, identify their needs, and show how autarc can simplify their day-to-day work.
  • You identify new market opportunities, projects, and partnerships, contributing directly to autarc's growth.
  • You actively monitor industries and competitors to better understand market needs and further strengthen our offering.
  • You work closely with our product and expansion team to feed customer feedback directly into the ongoing development of the software.
  • You have a passion for software sales and thrive in a dynamic, fast-paced environment.
  • You bring a proactive, flexible, and solution-oriented way of working and hold yourself to high standards for your own results.
  • You are a strong communicator, able to win people over and confidently guide stakeholders through conversations.

  • You speak fluent English and Italian
  • Initial experience with HubSpot or other lead generation tools is a plus.
