Sales Development Representative - Marketing

This position is listed on behalf of a partner company, who manages all applications and next steps. Our partner is looking for a Sales Development Representative - Marketing based in Brazil.

You will join a fast-paced, remote-first commercial team focused on driving lead generation and client acquisition for an international service-based business. In this role, you will be responsible for engaging potential customers through outbound outreach, qualifying leads, and supporting the full top-of-funnel sales process. You will also play a key role in maintaining CRM accuracy and ensuring smooth follow-up workflows that directly impact conversion rates. The environment is performance-driven, structured, and highly collaborative, with clear targets and ongoing coaching. This position is ideal for someone who enjoys communication, organization, and building relationships in a sales context. You will work closely with the client’s internal team to optimize outreach strategies and improve overall sales efficiency.

Accountabilities:

  • Conduct outbound calls and follow-up outreach to warm and cold leads to generate interest and book appointments.
  • Qualify prospects and ensure accurate lead handling throughout the sales pipeline.
  • Manage and update CRM systems (such as Zoho CRM) with precise and up-to-date information.
  • Support list building, data entry, and lead tracking activities to strengthen outbound campaigns.
  • Execute structured follow-up sequences to improve conversion rates and appointment setting performance.
  • Use tools such as Google Docs and Excel for reporting, organization, and tracking activities.
  • Collaborate with the client to refine outreach scripts, messaging, and lead generation strategies.
  • Consistently meet or exceed KPIs related to calls, follow-ups, and appointments booked.
  • Requirements:

    • Minimum 1+ year of experience in Sales Development, preferably within marketing or B2B environments.
    • Strong English communication skills, with the ability to speak clearly, confidently, and professionally.
    • Proven experience in outbound calling, lead qualification, and follow-up processes.
    • Familiarity with CRM tools such as Zoho CRM or similar platforms.
    • Comfortable with administrative tasks, data entry, and structured sales workflows.
    • Proficient with Google Docs, Excel, and other online productivity tools.
    • Highly organized, detail-oriented, and able to manage multiple tasks efficiently.
    • Positive, coachable mindset with willingness to follow structured scripts and training.
    • Must be based in Latin America (including Brazil) and available full-time in alignment with client requirements.
