Sales Development Representative

  • Conduct outbound outreach to jewelry retailers, boutique owners, and wholesale buyers across the United States.
  • Introduce prospective partners to Renaissance Jewel's wholesale program and product portfolio.
  • Identify, qualify, and nurture new business opportunities.
  • Schedule discovery calls and meetings for the senior sales team.
  • Build and maintain a healthy sales pipeline through consistent follow-ups.
  • Accurately update prospect information and outreach activities in the CRM.
  • Meet or exceed weekly and monthly lead generation and appointment-setting targets.
  • Gather market insights and customer feedback to support business growth.
  • Collaborate closely with the sales and operations teams to maximize conversion opportunities.
Experience
  • Minimum 3 -5 years of experience in Sales Development, Business Development, Lead Generation, Appointment Setting, or Outbound B2B Sales.
  • Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales or lead generation targets.
  • Experience engaging with international clients, preferably within the US market.
  • Prior experience in luxury goods, jewelry, or premium brands is an advantage.
Skills
  • Excellent spoken and written English with a professional telephone presence.
  • Strong interpersonal and relationship-building abilities.
  • Confidence speaking with business owners and decision-makers.
  • Effective objection handling and negotiation skills.
  • Highly organized with strong follow-up discipline.
  • Familiarity with CRM platforms such as HubSpot, Salesforce, Zoho CRM, or similar systems.
  • Self-motivated and results oriented.
