Sales Development Representative
- Conduct outbound outreach to jewelry retailers, boutique owners, and wholesale buyers across the United States.
- Introduce prospective partners to Renaissance Jewel's wholesale program and product portfolio.
- Identify, qualify, and nurture new business opportunities.
- Schedule discovery calls and meetings for the senior sales team.
- Build and maintain a healthy sales pipeline through consistent follow-ups.
- Accurately update prospect information and outreach activities in the CRM.
- Meet or exceed weekly and monthly lead generation and appointment-setting targets.
- Gather market insights and customer feedback to support business growth.
- Collaborate closely with the sales and operations teams to maximize conversion opportunities.
Experience
- Minimum 3 -5 years of experience in Sales Development, Business Development, Lead Generation, Appointment Setting, or Outbound B2B Sales.
- Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales or lead generation targets.
- Experience engaging with international clients, preferably within the US market.
- Prior experience in luxury goods, jewelry, or premium brands is an advantage.
