Sales Development Representative (SDR) - Cloud & Kubernetes Solutions - 100% 109

Responsibilities:
- Prospect and develop leads through inbound and outbound methods
- Educate and qualify leads to create sales-ready opportunities
- Analyze customer needs and identify opportunities for ThnkBIG solutions
- Work with an account executive to attain key accounts in your designated region or territories
- Refine an enterprise-level sales process that balances personalization with efficiency
- Follow up on demand-generation activities such as webinars, conferences, and partner events
- Acquire key prospect data and maintain accurate records in CRM
- Achieve or exceed monthly quotas of activity metrics, meetings attended, and qualified opportunities
- Build strong relationships with all teams within ThnkBIG, including sales, marketing, and partners
- Collaborate with other members of the sales organization to maximize productivity
Requirements
- Proven experience in a sales development or lead generation role
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Results-driven with a passion for sales and a desire to succeed
- Familiarity with cloud providers such as AWS, Azure, and GCP
- Knowledge of professional and managed services, Kubernetes, EKS, AKS, GKE, Tanzu, and OpenShift is a plus
- Familiarity with CRM software such as Zoho CRM, Salesforce, and other sales tools is a plus
