Sales Development Representative (SDR)
The Sales Development Representative (SDR) for our telecommunications division, 101VOICE, is responsible for generating and qualifying new business opportunities that support the company's sales and revenue goals. This role focuses on outbound prospecting, lead qualification, and appointment setting while serving as the first point of contact for potential customers.
Key Responsibilities:
- Identify and engage prospective customers through cold calling, email outreach, social media, and other prospecting channels.
- Qualify inbound and outbound leads and schedule meetings for Account Executives.
- Research target accounts, key stakeholders, and industry trends to personalize outreach and increase engagement.
- Build and maintain a healthy pipeline of qualified opportunities.
- Utilize CRM systems to accurately track prospecting activities, pipeline progress, and customer interactions.
- Achieve or exceed monthly goals for prospecting activities, qualified opportunities, and scheduled meetings.
- Collaborate with sales and marketing teams to support lead generation initiatives and campaign effectiveness.
- Effectively communicate the value of 101VOICE solutions and services to prospective customers.
- Handle objections professionally and develop creative approaches to engage decision-makers.
- Provide market feedback and prospect insights to sales and leadership teams.
- Continuously improve outreach strategies, messaging, and prospecting techniques to maximize results.

- Prior sales experience; cold calling, prospecting, and lead generation experience preferred.

- Resilience and persistence when overcoming objections and handling rejection.
- Track record of meeting or exceeding activity and performance goals.
