About Practice by Numbers
Practice by Numbers (PbN) is a dental practice growth platform. We help dental practices turn their data into action — combining analytics, patient communications, and AI-powered tools that work alongside the systems practices already run on, including Dentrix, Dentrix Ascend, Eaglesoft, and Open Dental.
The Role
You’ll be one of the first SDRs on a brand-new team — a high-impact seat where your pipeline directly fuels the business. You’ll own a defined book of dental practices (by segment and/or practice-management platform) and run multi-channel outbound — phone, email, and Facebook/LinkedIn — to start conversations, qualify fit, and book demos for our Account Executives. You won’t close deals; your job is to build qualified pipeline and hand off great meetings.
What You’ll Do
- Prospect every day. Run high-volume outbound across phone, email, and Facebook/LinkedIn to decision-makers at dental practices.
- Qualify and book. Have real conversations, qualify against our ICP, and book demos on AE calendars.
- Own your book. Work a defined segment / platform book and avoid double-touching prospects.
- Keep HubSpot clean. Log every call and touch the same day; keep records complete — if it isn’t in HubSpot, it didn’t happen.
- Follow the rhythm. Join the daily standup and protect your power-calling blocks.
- Hand off well. Pass qualified demos to AEs with the context they need to win.

• Daily Decision-Maker Conversations (Connects): 8–12
• Monthly Demos Booked: 12–15

• CRM Logging: 100% same-day logging
What You’ll Need
- 2+ year of B2B cold calling / SaaS SDR experience, or a strong phone background (dental / healthcare front-office a plus).
- Resilient, articulate, organized, and disciplined about your CRM.
- Coachable — you take feedback and put it to work fast.
