About the Sales Development Representative with Turkish for Wolt:
Wolt creates technology that brings joy, simplicity, and earnings to neighbourhoods around the world. The company began in 2014 with the delivery of restaurant food. Today, it is building a platform for delivering (almost) everything and now operates in more than 500 cities across 30 countries. In 2022, Wolt joined forces with DoorDash, and together they continue to dream big and expand globally.
The Sales Representative in Ads and Promotions is responsible for driving revenue through the sale of advertising and promotional opportunities on Wolt merchants (restaurants, retails, food shops). This role involves managing client relationships, understanding advertising goals, and crafting solutions to meet client needs while increasing the reach and visibility of the products and services being promoted. Your mission? Connect, consult, and close deals that make a difference.
Location: Bulgaria, Hybrid
What Will You Do?
Understand merchant business and suggest best advertisement solutions
Manage clients and specific campaigns for merchants
Offer assistance and solutions that will result in increased sales and customer satisfaction
Understand the customers’ situation and provide the best possible resolution from the available ads and promos
Develop and execute sales strategies to achieve weekly, monthly, and quarterly sales targets.
Educate customers on the benefits of running ads and promotion, resulting in maximum revenue from each client.
Monitor campaign performance, analyzing data, and proactively identifying optimization opportunities through performance dashboards.
Drive sales through proactive outreach (calls & emails)
What Will You Need to Succeed?
Turkish language - C1/C2/native
English language - C1/C2/native
2-4 years of overall relevant experience
Degree in Business Operations / Business Administration /Business Communication / Computer Science
Experience with Ad agencies, Pre-Sales experience, cold calling or outbound sales.
Skilled using Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, and PowerPoint) or G Suite (Sheets, Docs, and Slides)
Analytical mindset and decision-making attitude
Team work and collaboration; constructive communication

The pay for this position is basic salary per annum of €26,040.00 + €31,200.00 with an additional 20% variable bonus component. There are several factors to consider including but not limited to, the role’s responsibilities, experience, location, education/training, internal equity, and key skills.
