As a SDR, you will be responsible for identifying\npotential customers, generating new business opportunities, and managing leads\nthrough the sales pipeline. You will work closely with the sales team to ensure\nthat our company\u2019s sales goals are met.   • Identifying potential customers and\n generating new business opportunities for the company<\/span>

  • Contacting and qualifying potential\n customers<\/span>

  • Managing leads through the sales pipeline\n by setting appointments, following up on leads, and tracking progress\n towards meeting sales goals.<\/span>

  • Track progress towards meeting sales\n goals<\/span>
    <\/li><\/ul>
    • Collaborate with the sales team to\n develop strategies for reaching sales targets<\/span>
      <\/li>
    • Use customer relationship management\n (CRM) software to manage leads and sales activities<\/span>
      <\/li>
    • Stay up to date on market trends,\n competition, and industry developments<\/span>
      <\/li>
    • Attend networking events and trade shows\n to build relationships and generate leads<\/span>
      <\/li>
    • Identify\n best practices for refining the company\u2019s lead\-generation playbook<\/span>
      <\/li>
    • Provide regular reports on sales\n activities and results to management.<\/span>

      Requirements and skills: \-<\/span><\/b>

      • 2\-3 years of experience in sales<\/span><\/b> or customer service<\/span>
        <\/li>
      • Proficiency<\/span><\/b> in customer relationship management (CRM) software<\/b><\/span>
        <\/li>
      • Strong<\/span><\/b> verbal and written communication skills<\/b><\/span>
        <\/li>
      • Ability to build and maintain\n relationships with potential clients<\/span>
        <\/li>
      • Knowledge of sales techniques and\n strategies<\/span>
        <\/li>
      • Strong problem\-solving and negotiation\n skills<\/span>
