About the Company \- <\/span><\/span><\/b> <\/span> 1. Cold Calling & Lead Generation<\/span><\/b> Conduct outbound calls to prospective clients to introduce our company and solutions.<\/span> Identify and qualify leads by understanding client requirements.<\/span> Pitch our products/services effectively and set up meetings for senior team members.<\/span> Follow up regularly with interested leads and maintain engagement.<\/span> 2. Field Visits & Client Interaction<\/span><\/b> Visit client locations for face\-to\-face meetings, presentations, and product demos.<\/span> Build and maintain strong relationships with key decision\-makers.<\/span> Collect client feedback and share insights with the internal sales team.<\/span> Assist in negotiations and contribute to closing deals under supervision.<\/span> 3. Sales Support & Coordination<\/span><\/b> Update lead status and maintain records in CRM or Excel sheets.<\/span> Prepare daily and weekly reports on outreach activities and field visits.<\/span> Collaborate with the marketing and sales team for campaign execution.<\/span> Support sales events, seminars, or exhibitions when required.<\/span> Students pursuing graduation/post\-graduation in Business, Marketing, or related fields.<\/span> Freshers are passionate about building a career in sales and client engagement.<\/span> Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.<\/span> Confident in speaking with clients over the phone and in person.<\/span> Comfortable with travel and on\-field meetings.<\/span> Basic knowledge of MS Office and CRM tools is a plus.<\/span> Hands\-on experience in <\/span><\/span>end\-to\-end B2B sales<\/span><\/b>.<\/span> Exposure to real client interactions and business development processes.<\/span> Training and mentorship from experienced sales professionals.<\/span> Internship certificate and <\/span><\/span>performance\-based incentives<\/span><\/b>.<\/span> Opportunity for a <\/span><\/span>full\-time sales role<\/span><\/b> <\/span>after successful completion.<\/span>
