We are looking for energetic and ambitious <\/span>Sales Development Representatives (SDRs)<\/b> <\/span>with <\/span>1\u20133 years of experience <\/b>in B2B SaaS or technology sales. As an SDR, you\u2019ll be on the front lines of <\/span>pipeline generation<\/b>, creating the first impression with prospects and setting up <\/span>qualified opportunities<\/b> <\/span>for our Account Executives (AEs). This role is ideal for someone who wants to <\/span>build a career in enterprise sales<\/b>, with a clear growth path to <\/span>AE, Manager, and beyond<\/b>. Outbound Prospecting<\/b> <\/span>\u2013 Source and engage decision\-makers through cold calls, personalized emails, and LinkedIn outreach. Inbound Qualification<\/b> <\/span>\u2013 Qualify inbound leads from marketing campaigns and assess fit with our ICP. Account Research & Targeting<\/b> <\/span>\u2013 Research accounts, industries, and personas to build targeted prospecting lists. ABM & Campaign Execution<\/b> <\/span>\u2013 Collaborate with marketing to run <\/span>account\-based outreach campaigns<\/b>. Discovery & Qualification<\/b> <\/span>\u2013 Conduct initial discovery calls to understand prospect needs and pain points. Pipeline Building<\/b> <\/span>\u2013 Consistently deliver high\-quality meetings and opportunities for Account Executives. Metrics & Reporting<\/b> <\/span>\u2013 Track outreach activity, meetings booked, and pipeline contribution in CRM. Continuous Learning<\/b> <\/span>\u2013 Stay up\-to\-date on <\/span>Agentic AI, Vision AI, and enterprise cloud/data trends<\/b> <\/span>to speak confidently with prospects. Consistently hitting <\/span>monthly and quarterly quotas<\/b> <\/span>for meetings booked and opportunities created. High conversion rates from SDR\-qualified leads (SQLs) to AE opportunities. Strong outbound pipeline contribution in partnership with AEs and marketing. Building trusted first\-touch relationships with enterprise prospects. 1\u20133 years of <\/span>SDR or inside sales experience<\/b> <\/span>in B2B SaaS or technology. Strong communication skills (verbal, written, and presentation). Experience using <\/span>CRM and sales engagement tools<\/b> <\/span>(Salesforce, HubSpot, Outreach, SalesLoft). Comfort with <\/span>cold calling, email sequences, and LinkedIn prospecting<\/b>. Knowledge of <\/span>ABM campaigns and outbound best practices<\/b> <\/span>is a plus.
