Sales Director

You will lead enterprise software sales in Japan, driving revenue growth and expanding the customer base across financial services, fintech, and cybersecurity. You will own the end to end sales cycle from prospecting to closing, build and manage relationships with prospects and customers, and collaborate with the GTM and partner teams. You will forecast accurately, manage your territory, and maintain a clean CRM to reflect progress.

Responsibilities

  • Achieve monthly and quarterly revenue targets
  • Work closely with BDRs and the GTM team
  • Build and maintain relationships with prospects and customers
  • Prospect, territory, and account planning
  • Update and maintain the CRM

Requirements

  • Enterprise software or institutional sales experience selling into financial services blockchain or fintech
  • Experience in financial services cybersecurity or cryptocurrency
  • Experience formalizing and supporting co-sell motions with technology partners
  • Understanding of blockchain technology and cryptocurrency
  • Track record of exceeding enterprise sales targets
  • Entrepreneurial mindset and relentless hunter attitude
  • Willingness to prospect and qualify new opportunities
  • Thrive in a team selling environment
  • Fluent in English and Japanese
