Sales Director

You will be responsible for achieving revenue targets, building a pipeline, and closing complex deals in financial services, crypto, blockchain and fintech. You will work with BDR and GTM teams to manage territory and accounts, and you will update the CRM to provide accurate forecasting. You will onboard into a comprehensive program with ongoing training to stay at the forefront of the industry.

Responsibilities

  • Achieve monthly and quarterly revenue targets
  • Work closely with the BDR and GTM teams
  • Build and maintain relationships with prospects and customers
  • Prospect, territory and account planning
  • Update and maintain the CRM

Requirements

  • Enterprise software sales experience or institutional sales
  • Experience selling into financial services, crypto, blockchain or fintech
  • Understanding of blockchain technology and cryptocurrency
  • Direct experience in financial services, cybersecurity, or cryptocurrency preferred
  • Track record of over-achievement
  • Entrepreneurial and relentless hunting attitude with willingness to prospect
  • Experience working in a team selling environment
  • Experience selling into the MENA market
  • Arabic language skills preferred
