Sales Director

Job Description Overview:

  • The Digital Sales Director mainly will be contributing to develop high quality business strategies and plans ensuring their alignment with short-term and long-term objectives.
  • Lead and motivate subordinates to advance employee engagement and develop a high performing sales team.
  • He/She will be working closely with CEO on maintaining & growing company's profit.

Responsibilities:

  • Oversee all subordinates's activities and your own business activities to ensure they produce the desired results and are consistent with the overall strategy and mission.
  • Make high-quality opportunity decisions to advance the business and increase profits.
  • Build trust relations with key partners and stakeholders and act as a point of contact for important shareholders.
  • Analyze problematic situations and occurrences and provide solutions to ensure company survival and growth.
  • Maintain a deep knowledge of the markets and industry of the company.

Qualifications:

  • Local Thai people resident in Bangkok
  • Bachelor College Degree Holder.
  • 7+ years experience doing digital sales or have worked for a digital agency.
  • At least 1+ years experience doing manager for sales department.
  • Crucially has a good network within the digital media agencies.
  • Owns a good portfolio of clients from direct brands would be necessary.
  • Highly Knowledge in Programmatic display & video advertising.
  • Holistic marketing experience preferred.
  • Word / Excel / Powerpoint skills are required.
  • Business English skill.

Approximate Salary Range:

  • Start from THB 120,000 *Negotiable

  • Monday to Friday: 9AM - 6PM (1 hour lunch break)
