Sales Director Payments DACH

You will drive growth in the blockchain payments space within the DACH region. You will target payment service providers, cross border payment networks, remittance providers and other players in the payments ecosystem, collaborating with regional colleagues to tailor solutions and accelerate deal cycles. You will own your territory by developing go to market plans, building a robust pipeline, and closing complex deals. You will build and nurture relationships with prospects and customers from first contact to successful deployment, while ensuring compliant and secure implementations. You will monitor performance against targets, report on progress, and adjust strategies as needed. You will stay informed about market dynamics, fintech, crypto, and cybersecurity trends to position offerings effectively and deliver valuable outcomes for customers. You will contribute to knowledge sharing by documenting best practices and maintaining accurate CRM records.

Responsibilities

Meet and exceed monthly and quarterly revenue targets.
Collaborate with BDR and GTM teams to generate and qualify leads.
Build and nurture strong relationships with prospects and customers.
Conduct prospecting territory and account planning to identify new opportunities.
Keep the CRM up to date with accurate account and pipeline information.

Requirements

Enterprise SaaS or institutional sales experience, selling into the Payments space
Passion for blockchain technology and cryptocurrency
Experience within financial services, cybersecurity, or cryptocurrency is preferred
Experience in formalising and supporting the co sell motion in working with technology partners is preferred
Track record of over achievement in an enterprise sales position
Entrepreneurial and relentless hunting attitude
A willingness to prospect and qualify for new opportunities
