<\/p>As Sales Director, you will lead revenue growth and market\ndevelopment for Xapads Media in the United States.<\/span>
<\/p>This role is responsible for building relationships with agencies\nand advertisers, identifying new business opportunities, and establishing\nXapads as a reliable partner in the market. You will work closely with global\nteams across product, supply, and operations to deliver effective solutions\naligned with client needs.<\/span>

Skills and Experience<\/span><\/b>
<\/p>- 7+\n years of experience in digital media sales or business development<\/span>
<\/li>- Strong\n understanding of the US advertising ecosystem, including agencies and\n programmatic buying models<\/span>
<\/li>- Proven\n ability to generate new business and close deals independently<\/span>
<\/li>- Established\n relationships with agencies and advertisers<\/span>
<\/li>- Experience\n with IO\-based sales environments<\/span>
