Make your mark at one of the leading payments companies. We are looking for a Sales Enablement Analyst to join our constantly evolving sales team and help shape the future of global commerce.
Your Responsibilities
• CRM Management: Manage and optimize the Salesforce ecosystem, ensuring data integrity.
• Knowledge Management and Training: Coordinate with the Product, Marketing, and Finance teams to centralize and update technical and sales information.
• Business Intelligence and Strategic Analysis: Conduct comprehensive analysis of the customer portfolio to identify opportunities for growth, profitability, and retention.
• Performance Optimization and KPI Tracking: Monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) and propose action plans for deviations from sales targets.
• Cross-Functional Coordination (Stakeholder Management): Serve as the operational liaison between the sales team and support teams to ensure smooth sales processes and issue resolution.
What will you bring to the table?
• Education: Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Engineering, Economics, Finance, or Marketing.
• Minimum of 2 years of experience in an area focused on the financial sector: Experience managing CRM or commercial platforms is desirable (preferably Salesforce at the administrative and reporting level).
• Advanced level of Excel or Google Sheets (pivot tables, formulas, basic automation)
• Experience with BI tools (Power BI, Tableau, or similar).
• Intermediate/Advanced English
