Sales Enablement & Digital Strategy Co-op Student - Fall 2026

Project and Initiative Support

  • Support the execution of sales enablement and digital projects led by the Manager
  • Own defined workstreams or project components, such as research, analysis, documentation, or pilot support
  • Contribute to a capstone project or initiative, presenting insights and recommendations to stakeholders at the end of the term

Sales Tools Improvement

  • Build / enhance sales technology & tools. Identify and prioritize new tool enhancements and features that align with sales needs
  • Help maintain dashboards and reports that track usage, adherence to process, and performance outcomes
  • Conduct basic testing and validation to ensure tools are user‑friendly and aligned with sales workflows

Performance Tracking and Continuous Improvement Support

  • Support tracking KPIs and usage metrics for sales enablement initiatives by maintaining dashboards and reports
  • Help analyze adoption, productivity, and performance data to identify trends, successes, and improvement opportunities
  • Enrollment in College or Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration, Data Modelling, Data Analytics, or related discipline
  • Good academic standing required with demonstrated ability to pursue other interests at the same time
  • Strong communication / interpersonal skills and the ability to communicate effectively
  • Analytical and conceptual thinking skills
  • Excellent Microsoft Excel skills
