Sales Engineer - Automotive & Industry
Responsibility for sales turnover in assigned territory
- Plan, execute & follow-up all necessary sales activities in the responsible territory to achieve sale target;
- Monitor competition activities & evaluate impact and make timely reports.
Credit management & money collection
- Contact dealers, customers to get relevant supporting documents for creating profile;
- Check and timely update credit status for actions;
- Remind dealers, customers for timely payment.
Sales Channel Management
- Plan, execute activities to expanse number of transportation customers (bus, truck, rail and aftermarket).
Collaboration for achievement
- Cooperate with internal departments for necessary on-ground technical & commercial promotion activities in assigned territory to achieve annual sale target.
Responsibility for demand generation in the target area through
- Establish direct-contact and regularly visit key customers in target area for technical consultancy and sale promotion;
- Participate in related business activities in the area (Events, Trainings, Fairs, EXPO, …);
- Maintain information about key farmers;
- Make a weekly activity plan and results report.
Support for Sika Products Introduction & Sale Campaigns
- Plan & conduct effective demo trials by scheduling visit, recording data and providing results timely;
- Promote Sika products according to the marketing plan;
- Ensure Product Stewardship Guidelines are followed.
- Undertake and perform other duties as assigned by Head of A&I Vietnam
- Keep confidential all company business information and documentation.
- Undertake any additional responsibilities or duties assigned by Head of A&I Vietnam
- Degree: preferably in Mechanical Engineering, Chemical.
- Min 2 years’ experiences in sales; experiences in automotive, bus, or transportation
industry, but also candidates with technical service experiences from engineering fields are
welcome. - Good interpersonal and communication skills. Must be able to do external and internal
products and application training; trouble shooting at customers sites. - Good concepts in selling skills; Ability to present to customers and dealers.
- Willing to travel domestically.
- Good Vietnamese and English speaking and writing skills are required.
