Sales Engineer (Technical)
Responsibilities:
- Handle company sales account, technical system sales / product sales, calibration and in-house services sales.
- Perform sales activities to meet corporate objectives & targets including sales visits, prepare quotations / proposals, product & proposal presentation, negotiations and closing of sales.
- To do cold-calling to market wide range of company product & services
- Provide timely response to product information and RFQ
- Build and maintain business relationship with customers and vendors
- Identify and develop new markets and business opportunities.
- Providing and meeting revenue targets.
- Support all marketing activities.
- Responsible to achieve sales target set for area of responsibilities by the Management
- Planning and report of weekly sales calls and forecast, in line with the targets given
- Any other duties assigned by Superior or Management.
Requirements :
- Minimum a Diploma in Mechanical Engineering
- At least 1-2 years of relevant working experience esp in technical sales
- Familiarity with hydraulics is an advantage.
- Hands-on knowledge in using AutoCAD and Solidworks is an advantage
- Preferably with a valid driving license or reliable transport or willingness to travel frequently, as Customer site visits are required.
- Excellent interpersonal & communication skills
- Possess analytical & problem-solving skills
- Outgoing personality, innovative and highly motivated.
- Must be willing to undertake sales targets and be proactive in achieving them.
- A person who is a hunter and hungry for new business opportunities.
