Sales Engineer
Our esteemed client, an established MNC, is searching for a Sales Engineer:
Job Responsibilities:
- Participate in structured product and application training programmes to develop technical expertise and industry knowledge.
- Provide technical consultation and application support to customers across various industries, helping them identify effective solutions to operational challenges.
- Recommend and promote suitable products and solutions based on customer requirements and business needs.
- Build and maintain strong customer relationships through regular engagement and responsive support.
- Respond promptly and professionally to customer enquiries and requests.
- Identify new business opportunities and expand the customer base within the assigned territory.
- Conduct regular customer visits to present solutions, understand requirements, and support sales activities.
- Develop and execute account strategies to achieve sales targets and business objectives.
- Support the successful introduction and promotion of new products and solutions.
- Monitor market trends and contribute to the growth of market share within the assigned territory.
- Organise and participate in customer seminars, exhibitions, trade shows, and other business development activities.
- Manage daily sales activities independently while ensuring compliance with company policies and procedures.
- Perform additional duties and projects as assigned by management.
Job Requirements:
- Degree in Engineering, Business, or a related discipline is preferred.
- Strong interest in technical products and the ability to develop product knowledge quickly.
- Comfortable working within manufacturing, industrial, or technical environments.
- Excellent presentation, communication, and interpersonal skills.
- Strong customer service mindset with the ability to understand customer needs and provide appropriate solutions.
- Goal-oriented, self-motivated, and driven to achieve sales objectives.
- Willingness to learn through structured training, coaching, and continuous development programmes.
- Professional, adaptable, and able to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
- Willingness to travel frequently within the assigned territory, including occasional overnight travel when required.
- Possession of a valid driving licence is an advantage.
Additional Information:
- Salary: Up to SGD 4,150 +AWS +VB (2 - 3 Months)
- Working Location: Kallang
- Working Hours: 5 Days Work, 8:15am - 5:30pm
