Sales Engineer - WTA
GENERAL FUNCTION
To ensure completion of sales cycle via developing good product / system knowledge, understanding market needs, developing new accounts and maintaining existing accounts. Responsible for the technical support to customers. Work with the WTA service team and coordinate with CS on administration work.
TASKS
To SELL
- Identify and develop sales leads and opportunities with main objective of sales orders generation
- Generate comprehensive sales plan and develop sales tactics to win
- Achieve sales target (booking) and promote the growth of gross margin by working with Service Operation and supporting team, i.e.: P&A and Customer Service)
- Proactively Follow Up and develop the KPIs of the Growth Initiatives for the team
To COMMUNICATE
- Keeping good relationships with clients; understand clients budgets, drivers and market demand.
- Expand the number of accounts (OLD and New).
To GROW(as a Team and Individual)
- Ensure smooth service contracts/projects/ad-hoc transitions to Service Operation team
- Enhance good soft skills to develop sales tactics (via Sales Academy).
- Enhance product fluency and technical knowledge in selling process.

Education (any one) Degree or Diploma:
● in Engineering / Chemical / business
Others (License/Certificates)
● Driving License
● Water Efficiency Manager Course or equivalent
EXPERIENCE EXPECTED
- Fresh graduates are not accepted
- Minimum 3 year(s) of experience in sales/business development role for Water additives
- Have performed and secured previously and/or delivered $1 million in booking revenue (to be indicated in CV)
- Network with Commercial and Institutional and Industrial customers
