This role partners\nclosely with sales teams to identify customer needs, craft tailored solutions,\nand effectively communicate the value of Ziply Fiber\u2019s services.           Customer Engagement & Relationship Management<\/span><\/span><\/span><\/b><\/span>

          ·<\/span> <\/span><\/span><\/span><\/span><\/span><\/span>Leads and facilitates analysis of customers\nbusiness needs in person or through collaboration tools to develop solution\nstrategies based on knowledge of customer\u2019s technology environment.<\/span><\/span><\/span><\/span>

          Required Qualifications:<\/span><\/span><\/b>

          ·<\/span> <\/span><\/span><\/span><\/span><\/span><\/span>Bachelor\u2019s degree in\nengineering or related technical field or equivalent work experience.<\/span><\/span><\/span>
          <\/span><\/p>

          ·<\/span> <\/span><\/span><\/span><\/span><\/span><\/span>Minimum of seven (7) years\u2019\nexperience in technology engineering, pre\-sales or equivalent experience\nincluding consulting or professional services.<\/span><\/span><\/span>

          ·<\/span> <\/span><\/span><\/span><\/span><\/span><\/span>Minimum of one (1) technology\ndomain certification preferred (CCENT, CCNA, CCDA, CCNP, AWS, Solutions\nAssociate, CompTIA Network+, Security+, MCSA, etc.). Preferred advanced\ntechnology domain certification (CISSP, CCIE, AWS Solutions Architect, PMP,\nCISM)<\/span><\/span><\/span>
