Job Role
<\/div>
 Coordinating with the Zonal Sales Head for creating strategic and innovative plans to drive
<\/div>
End customer, Channel business & augment sales.
<\/div>
 Hand hold the team in creating new opportunities consistently & meeting opportunity goals.
<\/div>
 Guiding, mentoring, monitoring & accompanying the team in introducing company services to
<\/div>
new prospects / clients through networking, cold calls, referrals, presentations & sales
<\/div>
campaigns
<\/div>
 Maintain relationship with existing dealers /system integrators (SI) through periodic calls,
<\/div>
presales support \u2013 client visits & product demonstration, credentials pitch, solution pitch,
<\/div>
bidding assistance, BOQ / BOM assistance, escalation resolution.
<\/div>
 Ensure effective management of the sales process and end to end sales cycle for both End
<\/div>
customer & Channel sales right from lead generation, appointment with the clients, client
<\/div>
visits, credentials pitch, solution pitch, product demo, rigorous follow up to achieve the
<\/div>
favourable closure and conversion of the lead & finally handover to the account management
<\/div>
team.
<\/div>
 Accompany team members for presentations to the top level personnel, negotiations &
<\/div>
necessary dealing with prospective customers / dealers
<\/div>
 Developing, maintaining and maturing sales pipeline by rigorously driving the dealers / SI
<\/div>
network & rigorously driving the team for lead cycle through the end customers
<\/div><\/span>

Requirements<\/h3>


<\/h3>
 Minimum 3 years in hard\-core End to end sales cycle experience B2C & B2B sales
<\/div>
 ELV sales experience is a must
<\/div>
 Excellent verbal and written communication Skills as well presentation skills
<\/div>
 Experience on complex deals
<\/div>
 Experience / Ability to understanding Client's needs and offering right solutions
<\/div>
