Sales Executive (B2B Industrial Solutions)
Key Responsibilities
Business Development
- Identify and develop new B2B sales opportunities
- Build relationships with business owners, procurement personnel, and decision-makers
- Conduct customer visits and business presentations
- Understand customer requirements and recommend suitable solutions
Account Management
- Maintain and grow existing customer accounts
- Follow up on quotations, proposals, and sales opportunities
- Provide professional customer support throughout the sales process
- Develop long-term customer relationships
Sales Administration
- Prepare quotations and sales documentation
- Update customer information and sales activities in CRM systems
- Track sales opportunities and follow-up actions
- Prepare sales reports when required
Market Development
- Monitor industry trends and competitor activities
- Support marketing activities, exhibitions, and customer events
- Gather customer feedback and market insights
Requirements
- Diploma or Degree in Business, Marketing, Engineering, or related disciplines
- Minimum 1 year of B2B sales, business development, or client-facing experience preferred
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Self-motivated and results-oriented
- Comfortable meeting customers and conducting presentations
- Possess a valid Class 3/Class 3A driving licence
- Access to own vehicle preferred (transport reimbursement provided)
