Sales Executive

  • Assist in developing and implementing sales strategies and action plans for the ASEAN region to drive growth.
  • Provide sales support and advice to existing customers, ensuring customer satisfaction.
  • Support coordination of key customer projects in line with company strategy and direction.
  • Assist in analysing customer needs, market trend and requirements including providing input for new development initiatives.
  • Help create and maintain effective account management processes and customer specific action plans.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to ensure customer requirements, delivery timelines and quality standards are met.
  • Ensure customer product complaints are followed up and resolved according to company procedures.
  • Minimum 2 years of sales experience.
  • Bachelor’s Degree and above
  • Fluent in business communication, with good proficiency in English.
  • Proficient in MS Office applications.
  • Good analytical and communication skills, with the ability to listen and respond effectively to customer needs.
  • High level of self-motivation and initiative
  • Excellent interpersonal, verbal communication, and relationship-building skills.
  • Mandarin and or other language skills are highly preferred
  • Willing and comfortable to travel frequently.
  • Industry experience is an advantage, particularly product knowledge in coatings for plastic substrates.
