SALES EXECUTIVE

Roles and Responsibilities

We are looking for a talented Sales Executive to increase product and service sales for the organizations across different industries by researching, planning, developing and implementing various promotional strategies.

  • Business Development: Responsible for the business development and the exploration of sales for company products and services to new or current clients
  • Lead Generation: Manage the entire sales cycle, from lead generation to closing deals, while demonstrating how the software improves project timelines, reduces costs, and boosts on-site productivity
  • Needs Assessment: Analyze a client's current construction workflows and operational bottlenecks to propose tailored software solutions
  • Software Demonstrations: Deliver compelling, value-based product presentations and technical demos to key stakeholders (e.g., project managers, authorities)
  • Proposal & Closing: Negotiate contracts, draft detailed sales proposals, and close deals to meet or exceed monthly and quarterly revenue quotas
  • Account Management: Act as the primary point of contact for onboarding clients and work closely with the customer success teams to drive long-term software adoption
  • Cross-Departmental Collaboration: Ensures that what you sell can actually be delivered, supported, and scaled


Requirements

  • Educational Background: A Diploma or Degree in Business, Construction Management, Civil Engineering, or a related tech field is highly advantageous
  • Industry Knowledge: Understanding of the construction lifecycle, project delivery methods, and general contractor workflows
  • Experiences: At least 1-3 years of industry sales experience
  • Communication & Negotiation: The ability to translate complex software features into clear Return on Investment (ROI) and cost-saving metrics
  • Required Skills: Interpersonal and networking, presentation, sales, customer service, communication and analytical skills
