Job Title: Sales Executive
Reports to: General Manager
Job Summary: The Sales Executive is responsible for selling new and used cars to customers. This includes managing all aspects of car sales, including inventory management, customer service, vehicle financing, etc. In addition, this position will be responsible for maintaining an excellent working relationship with our clients and providing exceptional customer experiences through direct contact or phone calls.
Primary Responsibilities
- Understands automobiles by studying characteristics, capabilities, and features.
- Cultivates buyers by maintaining rapport with previous customers and suggesting trade-ins.
- Turns customers into buyers by matching them with their ideal car.
- Qualifies buyers by understanding their requirements and interests and matching these interests to various car models.
- Demonstrates vehicle features and takes customers on test drives.
- Demonstrates automobiles by explaining warranties and services.
- Closes sales by overcoming objections, asking for sales, negotiating prices, and completing sales and purchasing contracts.
- Provides sales management information by completing reports.
- Assists with the setup of the showroom and displays.
- Updates job knowledge by participating in educational opportunities and reading professional publications.
- Act as the main point of contact for all company sales related activities develop new skills
- Provide weekly/monthly sales’ reports to Business Development Manager
Skills and Education
- BA or BSc. in business or marketing or a related field.
- 2+ years experience as a customer service representative.
- Good negotiation skills
- Excellent problem solving and time management skills.
- Highly Proficient in Microsoft Suite
- Ability to pay attention to detail.
- Exemplary written and verbal communication skills
