CIG Motors is seeking a highly motivated and performance\-driven Sales Executive to join our growing sales team. The ideal candidate will have hands\-on experience in automobile sales and a strong track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets. This role involves actively selling vehicles across individual, corporate, and government segments (B2C, B2B, and B2G), managing the end\-to\-end sales process, and building long\-term customer relationships that drive repeat business and referrals.

The Sales Executive will serve as a key brand ambassador, ensuring an excellent customer experience while contributing directly to the company\u2019s revenue growth and market expansion.

Sales & Revenue Generation<\/b>

  • Actively sell CIG Motors\u2019 range of vehicles to B2C, B2B, and B2G customers.

  • Achieve and exceed assigned monthly and annual individual sales targets.
    <\/p><\/li>

  • Identify new sales opportunities through prospecting, referrals, networking, and market research.
    <\/p><\/li>

  • Build and maintain a robust sales pipeline to ensure consistent deal flow.
    <\/p><\/li><\/ul>

    Customer Relationship Management<\/b>
    <\/p>

    • Develop and maintain strong, long\-term relationships with new and existing customers.
      <\/p><\/li>

    • Understand customer needs and recommend suitable vehicle solutions and financing options where applicable.
      <\/p><\/li>

    • Deliver a professional and customer\-focused sales experience at all touchpoints.
      <\/p><\/li>

    • Provide high\-quality after\-sales support to ensure customer satisfaction, loyalty, and repeat business.

      Sales Process & Execution<\/b>
      <\/p>

      • Manage the full sales cycle from lead generation and qualification to negotiation, closing, and delivery.
        <\/p><\/li>

      • Conduct vehicle presentations, test drives, and product demonstrations.
        <\/p><\/li>

      • Prepare accurate quotations, proposals, and sales documentation in line with company policies.
        <\/p><\/li>

      • Coordinate with internal teams (operations, finance, logistics, and after\-sales) to ensure smooth order fulfillment.

        Brand Representation & Market Engagement<\/b>
        <\/p>

        • Represent CIG Motors at exhibitions, roadshows, trade fairs, and other promotional events.

        • Support marketing and promotional campaigns to increase brand visibility and sales conversion.
          <\/p><\/li>

        • Stay informed on industry trends, competitor activities, and product developments.

          Reporting & Compliance<\/b>
          <\/p>

          • Maintain accurate records of customer interactions, leads, and sales activities using CRM tools.

          • Prepare and submit regular sales activity reports, forecasts, and performance updates to management.
            <\/p><\/li>

          • Ensure compliance with company policies, pricing guidelines, and ethical sales practices.

            Requirements<\/h3>
            • Bachelor\u2019s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.
              <\/span><\/li>
            • Minimum of 2 years\u2019 proven experience in automobile sales.
              <\/span><\/li>
            • Demonstrated success in B2C, B2B, and/or B2G sales environments.
              <\/span><\/li>
            • Strong negotiation, presentation, and communication skills.
              <\/span><\/li>
            • Goal\-oriented, self\-motivated, and resilient in a target\-driven environment.

            • Excellent interpersonal and relationship management skills.

            • Proficiency in Microsoft Office tools and CRM systems.
