Sales Executive (Crane Rental)
JOB RESPONSIBILITIES
- Promote and provide crane rental solutions to customers across various industries.
- Manage and service assigned customer accounts, including client liaison, site surveys, lifting plan preparation, and submission of required project documentation.
- Ensure smooth coordination of projects from enquiry stage through to job completion while maintaining high standards of customer service.
JOB DUTIES
- Identify and pursue new business opportunities with both existing and prospective customers.
- Develop and expand the customer base through telemarketing, email correspondence, networking, and site visits.
- Follow up on quotations, purchase orders, and customer enquiries to secure business opportunities.
- Prepare and issue Job Instructions and coordinate with the Operations Department for the deployment of equipment and manpower.
- Attend to customer enquiries, conduct site surveys, and provide appropriate lifting solutions to meet project requirements.
- Prepare lifting plans and ensure all necessary documentation is completed and submitted in a timely manner.
- Coordinate with the Finance Department on payment collections and account-related matters.
- Build, maintain, and strengthen long-term customer relationships through professional and responsive service.
- Monitor project progress and ensure customer requirements are fulfilled effectively.
- Perform any other duties and responsibilities as assigned by Management.
Preferred Qualifications
- Candidates with experience in the heavy machinery, crane rental, construction, lifting, logistics, or related industries will have an added advantage.
- Familiarity with lifting operations, site coordination, and equipment deployment processes is preferred.
