We are looking for young, driven, and committed individuals to join our team. You will support the development & execution of key sales growth strategies that expand the company\u2019s customer base and increase the sales of enterprise\-grade products & services by reaching businesses and organizations to grow the revenue of our enterprise market. The ideal candidate will be responsible for identifying prospects, managing the\nsales cycle, and closing deals for software implementation projects while\nbuilding long\-term client relationships.

Key Responsibilities<\/b>

  • Identify,\n qualify, and pursue new business opportunities for software solutions and\n other of our services
    <\/li>
  • Generate\n leads through cold calling, referrals, networking, and digital channels.
    <\/li>
  • Conduct\n product presentations and demonstrations of our software (e.g., HR,\n Finance, ERP, POS, Payroll, Inventory, CRM etc.).
    <\/li>
  • Understand\n client business processes and recommend suitable solutions.
    <\/li>
  • Prepare\n proposals, quotations, and contracts in collaboration with the\n implementation team.
    <\/li>
  • Manage\n the full sales cycle from lead generation to deal closure.
    <\/li>
  • Meet\n and exceed assigned sales targets and revenue goals.
    <\/li>
  • Maintain\n accurate records of sales activities using CRM tools.
    <\/li>
  • Collaborate\n with technical and implementation teams to ensure smooth project handover.
    <\/li>
  • Build\n and maintain strong relationships with clients and key decision\-makers.
    <\/li>
  • Stay\n informed on market trends, competitors, and product updates.

    Requirements<\/h3>

    • Bachelor\u2019s\n degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Computer Science, or a\n related field.
      <\/li>
    • Minimum\n of 3 years of proven sales experience, preferably in ERP, SaaS, IT\n solutions, or enterprise software.
      <\/li>
    • Strong\n understanding of ERP systems and business processes.
      <\/li>
    • Proven\n ability to meet or exceed sales targets.
      <\/li>
    • Excellent\n communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
      <\/li>
    • Ability\n to engage C\-level executives and business owners.
      <\/li>
    • Proficiency\n in Microsoft Office and CRM tools.
      <\/li>
    • Willingness\n to travel within Nigeria for client meetings.
