We’re now on the lookout for a Sales Executive, well-versed in the intricacies of the real estate realm. This role entails driving leasing strategies, managing relationships with prospects, and ensuring alignment with the company's property management requirements. We're seeking an enterprising mind, a master communicator, and a real estate expert.
Key Responsibilities:
- Sales Execution & Conversion (60%)
Respond promptly to daily enquiries received via the website and various online channels
Conduct and manage property viewings for prospective members across our portfolio of boutique homes
Maintain accurate records of all property showings conducted, including attendance, feedback, and follow-up actions
Maintain high responsiveness to urgent enquiries and follow-ups to maximise sales conversions
Manage and track leads effectively using Zoho CRM, ensuring accurate and up-to-date records throughout the sales pipeline
Meet occupancy and conversion targets set by management
- Relationship Management (25%)
Maintain professional, friendly, and responsive communication with prospective members throughout the sales journey
Ensure a smooth handover of new members to the operations team after successful conversion
Coordinate closely with the offshore leasing team to provide a consistent and seamless prospect experience
- Strategic Feedback & Reporting (15%)
Provide management with regular market insights and feedback gathered from property viewings and prospect interactions
Prepare reports on enquiries, conversions, and property showings completed
Maintain accurate sales activity reporting within Zoho CRM
Align sales activities with broader company occupancy and property management goals
Core Competencies We’re Looking For:
Real Estate Expertise: A deep understanding of the real estate market, specifically in driving B2B and B2C leasing strategies
Exceptional Communication: Excellent written English and interpersonal skills to serve our specific target market and build community.
Problem-Solving Attitude: A dynamic approach to handling tenant requests and the initiative to solve issues before they escalate.
Operational Efficiency: The ability to work, execute, and delegate efficiency in a fast-paced environment
Core Requirements:
Experience in real estate or leasing sales (B2C and/or B2B) is preferred.
Ability to work a 5-day week, including both Saturday and Sunday. This is non-negotiable.
Comfortable using CRM tools, messaging platforms, and digital workflows to manage leads and track performance.
Strong initiative and a “get your hands dirty” startup mentality.
Creative backgrounds preferred
