Sales Executive
Job Scope
- Handling walk-in clients at retail storefront, encompassing both sales and buyback transactions during office hours.
- Effectively engage in customer interactions, offering product knowledge and making tailored recommendations to guide purchasing decisions.
- Accurately evaluate and assess purity and value of items (both bullion and scrap) brought in by customers for potential repurchase, adhering to established buyback policies and guidelines.
- Providing assistance in phone, online, and email inquiries in a timely and professional manner, including addressing customers’ concerns and issue resolution.
- Reach out to prospective clients and collaborate with internal teams for successful acquisition and onboarding of clients.
- Ensuring and performing KYC/AML/IPPC filing and client onboarding support and related requirements.
- Achieve team sales objectives and outcomes to meet agreed monthly/quarterly targets.
Requirements
- Past experience in Jewellery Retail or Pawnshop business will have strong advantage
- Motivated team player
