Sales Executive

Responsibilities

· Advertising for vacant rooms

· Arrange appointments with prospect tenant for room viewing

· Match tenants’ profile with company requirements

· Handle enquiries and follow up with prospect tenant

· Conduct market survey to understand market trends

· Ad-hoc duties when assigned

Job Requirements:

· No experiences required

· Self-motivated and goal-oriented

· Good communication skill

· Able to communicate with English and Mandarin

· Good attitude and willing to learn
