Job Description:
- Prospecting and acquiring new clients through both in-bound and out-bound
- Expand existing and develop new clientele base
- Maintain good rapport and relationship with new or existing customers
- Develop a sales plan to promote and sell passenger vehicle leasing plan
- Follow up on leads to build the pipeline of potential prospects
- Reports and provide information to management on all sales and marketing activities
- Identify new markets and business opportunities through research and analyzing market trends
** Mainly concentrate on sales prospects, there is no need to do collection or debts recovery as other teams will do the necessary.**
** Attractive commission/incentives payouts monthly which is above market rate in this industry**
Job Requirement:
- Customer-orientated and with excellent communication skills
- Possess Class 3 license is preferred
- Positive attitude and outgoing personality
- Able to multitask as well as work independently and under pressure
- Excellent interpersonal skills, highly motivated and sales driven
